Disable any kind of virus checking software.
Remove programs from the startup process.
Run RegEdit.exe and visit here. Delete stuff here.

Download and run an anti-spyware (the one that comes with yahoo is good and free). Upgrade ur RAM .. If these dont work, ur motherboard is perhaps too old to handle the stuff u run

if you meant speed for your PC you should use this Great tool it helped me too sratim www.pcoptmzpro.hop.clickbank.n e t and erase the blancks beneath the letters "n e t" in the address.
