Don't do it. Don't damn your soul for a woman. You are a man you have to be strong.
Believe it or not, I know how you feel, I used to love someone just like that, I wanted more but she always wanted to be friends. It felt like there was a thin line between love and hate, I loved her but hated her and her boyfriend. But some things aren't made to be, and some things are beautiful because you can't have them.
I know this will sound impossible for you to do, but go on with your life, she is your first love, isn't she? You will find another, and the pain will slow down gradually, but I won't lie to you, you will never forget her. But it's her loss, I bet you would have made a great boyfriend but save it for the one who really deserves it. Don't put so much heart in relationships from the beginning until you are sure she feels the same way.
That is how love is, it's beautiful but it can hurt as much. Go on and live, make a goal and put the past in the past and think of the future, because present and future count the most, past is only regret.

If you are seriously thinking of harming yourself, this is not the proper venue for discussing it. I don't mean that whole "we don't care" line, quite the contrary. I strongly suggest you look into counselling (suicide hotlines are available in most communities) either through a community group or medically. It's OK to feel this way, but it's not OK to act on those feelings.
Qualified professionals are the best people to talk to because not only can they make you feel better, but they can also help you develop strategies which will help you overcome this difficult period.
We all face rejection and one way love at some point in our lives, and it is a terribly painful experience. I feel for you, and I hope things get better soon. You sound like a nice, sensitive person who is just in a dark place.
Please heed my advice, and talk to someone who can actually help you.

Different translations of the bible would suggest love and charity are synonmus. Examples found in.1st Corrinthians ch. 13 vs. 1-17 illustrate this many times. I would enjoy hearing from a scholar of the languages used in those past times to clarify my understanding. The story of the "World's Poorest Philanthropist", Gilbert "Harold" Ewing II (myself) is the reason for this querry. The " act of grace", or charity, reffered to in the news interview, has posited this question and I lack the sort of education to provide any insights of true value.

Does she know you feel so strongly? Not to undermine your "love" for her, but if you find something to focus on, you can cope better.
You can direct those emotions to "make yourself a better man". Learn martial arts, a new language, etc. Wanting to change to better yourself, for whatever reason, can make difficult challenges a breeze.
Other than that, distance yourself from her. You'll probably frighten her if you don't.
Good luck

No, love means acceptance, never death. If you choose death it is a separate option
I have lost the love of my life to another woman - he walked out this week, but I will go on living, there is no other choice

I wonder what's stopping you !!!!!!!!!
Life, my dear , is too precious to be squandered this way , just for a chit of a girl.
Grow up !!!!! there are so mmany other girls waiting to be yr friend . Think of that possiblity . Then u can flaunt them in front of yr ex GF & make her jealous . Right ?
Gd luck.

you just have to accept the facts... if you guys are fated to be together then you guys won't go far..i mean that even after few years passed and you guys are fated, you will still end up with each other...just go on with your life and never ever think about death... there may be other girls out there for you which may be better than her.....go and look for them instead of thinking of dying.....

Hey..hey please don't do that kind of crazy thing. Love isn't a death. Love is gift that we give to someone that we love. If we love someone, love her fully. And try to give her something that you can give with wholehearted. And finally if you can't reach your love, or your love go to other people that she love, let her go and let her get her happiness.
Now i like a girl too. I try to give her that i can give to her. But i fell she doesn't have any feeling to me. Until now, i'm trying to love her more and more until she knows that i love her. I'm sorry until now i'm not brave enough to show my feeling to her. Let her know my feeling by her self. I love her. She wil be inside my heart. I hope she loves me too.

well love and hate are different sides of the same coin... at least you have her as a friend..which won't last if you don't control your anger toward her.
