Wanna upgrade my graphics card....?

I have :
Intel P4 at 3.0Ghz
Motherboard Foxconn 954P7AA (PCI x slot)
1G of RAM
GeForce 7300LE :(
I would like someone to recommend a power supply to me...I have a 250w one...and I intend to buy a 7900GS....first : can the motherboard run this card?
second: what about the power supply?

That motherboard will run the card, but you need to buy the best power supply you can afford-minimum 500 watts. Don't skimp on the price and get one that has 20/24 pins. That will allow you to use it with a future motherboard that takes either amount of pins.
