Try doing meditation to get a good night's sleep. If u feel that you dont get deep sleep, drink molk before going to bed and hear some instrumental / classical / devotional music while attempting to sleep in ur bed. That enhances the depth of your sleep to a great extent. Dont take cold items before retiring for the day. Drink a lot of water and try doing exercises / yoga soon after getting up in the morning. Sleep early and rest well.

The best way is:
Drink lots of water just before you go to bed. So this will automatically wake you up early in the morning since you have to pee.. And once woken up, you can wash ur face and get done with the sleep!
Have fun trying it!!

One military technique used in the field for waking up naturally is to drink an entire canteene of water before going to sleep. You will wake up in about 3-4 hours because you have to pee. I still use this one if i want to take a short nap. Water is good for you and we typically don't drink enough of it.

if its dark, it goes against our natural instinkt to get up while it is dark. if u can put a dimming lamp on, so it sort of turns on brighter and it gets nearer to the time where u should be getting up, that will make u feel less drousy.
also, sleep with your window open, the fresh air, cleans the mind and if its cool or cold in the morning, when u whip the coveres away from u, the cold will surely wake u up

If you set your alarm for a week or two to wake up at a certain time, your body will start to naturally wake up at that time regardless of whether or not the alarm sounds.
