I think the most dangerous are the extremists, which are highly educated. In proven studies this has been the case. Obviously if Einstein was a wacko he could have been a tyrant and ruled over Hitler and all of them and he would have built the bomb, like Peter Sellers movie the Mouse that roared. The sad thing is that inevitably a group of these people team up and form a think tank and then they are more than a problem they are a real threat on humanity. Like a bunch of mad scientists for instance. Or a leader with a bunch of Star Wars equipment that is a control freak that wants to conquer the world, and a group of political cronies that live off the gravy train so they become the hounds of war barking for war to a military. These are the dangers and always have been.
