why girls and ladies squize my hand tightly?

In greeting they do that for me and never give up why?
How can I stop them?

It's a common greeting of respect, everyone presses the flesh.

i don't think veiled religious ladies do that!!i know they don't greet men!!r u living abroad!!? if yes just keep a distance & pull out your hand rapidly!!i got angry when a guy acts so!!but i knew they r relegious!!
