No, even if the circumstances were different Sasuke wouldn't have stayed in Konoha. The main reason he left was to cut off all ties that made him weak as well as the search for power to kill Itachi.

not at all, he wants power to kill his brother and Jiraiya wont give him that kind of power

maybe yes, he would stay if Jiraiya would teach him instead of naruto.

I don't think so, mainly because Orochimaru is wayyy stronger!!! =]
