Should government intervene and liquidate Margadarsi Finance promoters assets to pay depositors?

Margadarsi Finance collected $440 million deposits from public and reported $350 million loss till March 2006.

I'm not fimiliar with Margadarsi Finance, but it seems like they are conducting unethical activity. So, my answer is that the government should intervene and liquidate the organization.
