i have 3 year old son. I am trying for another baby but I cannot get pregnant. What can i do?

find out when you ovulate...go see an ob/gyn so they can check you out and tell you when is the best time for you to try for another baby.

After you are done doing the deed, lift your bum up while on your back to help gravity bring the little swimmer to the egg faster. My mom had a friend who actually stood on her head for 5 minutes and she got pregnant each time, but lifting the bum will do it too. Also were you taking Birth control? That can also affect fertility as far as how long it takes to get pregnant.

See a doctor. From my understanding, it is not terribly uncommon to have problems getting pregnant a second time.
A friend of mine conceived her first child immediatley, and is having trouble conceiving again. She saw her doctor about it found out that she does have a problem that is preventing her from conceiving - in fact, she was very lucky to have conceived her first. She is now receiving treatment and still trying.

I'm a guy, but i hear if you have sex while your on your period (which is gross), a woman can get pregnant, or a few days after your done with your period.
