of course, emotional instability is not much of a big deal when it comes to being able to deliver a speech without consulting a dictionary, (ahem, bush)

Well Geez, WE need some emotional instability in Government.
So far there has been no emotion on anything. Who give s a rats *** if there are children being abused!
Who cares if wages are cut and the average family can't afford to pay a mortgage .
If it wasn't for woman's emotional instability, as you so heartlessly put it, you would not of even thought of this question.
I'm all for Emotions, and i know you agree.

Oh, WE have "emotional instability"...? At least WE do not suffer from a Messiah complex. At least WOMEN don't feel the need to display unnecessary machismo, waste billions of dollars, and support the slaughter of thousands of lives in a senseless war.

Well, I've been in government for 19 years, so I guess it's too late. You should watch though. I have PMS and I might get emotionally unstable and smack your silly little mouth shut.
