what do u do when you hella like a guy and you tell him how you feel and he pretty much just tells you to kick back?

Kick back? If by that you mean he rejects your advances, then your best bet is to accept that and live with simply being friends. Contrary to popular belief, guys and girls can be friends without being in love or involved in physical intimacy(sex).
