I am not looking for conspiracy theories, ignorant assumptions, or uninformed accusations... May I please have a logical, fair, and non-judgemental... but educated reason why a Catholic should not be a Freemason?

According to the History Channel:

During the Crusades the Church asked the knights to go afar and retake Jerusalem and to find the Holy Grail. The knights obliged and then when they Got back, the knights who found the Holy grail, which was not really a Wine Glass but a manuscript containing how corrupt the Catholic Church was. Any way the Holy Emperor wanted it, to destroy it, The knights templar refused to give it up. So many of them were assasinated, but a few survived (down a steep castle wall).

From that group of brave knights was organized the freemason whose job it was to safeguard the Holy Grail, which meant holy container, which was a holy manuscript conflicting with Catholic doctrine.

The Bible does not condemn Freemasons. Proof: The Bible was written before the Crusades.

But the Catholic Doctrinal books condemned the Freemasons.

Why? So, in case the Freemasons ever went public with the Holy manuscript, the Church could say, "Liar, Liar, pants on fire"

later the Catholic Church corrupted the Bible again, and may have slipped in a few criticisms of "Brotherhoods, or sects, or other stuff like witches, seers etc" . How did they do that? They were the keepers of the Bible before the protestants broke away from them.

But even the Holy Emperor, A forerunner Papacy, didn't have the balls to put the word Freemason in a manuscript originally written a thousand years before there even was such a group as the Freemasons.

The Bible does mention masons when building the Temple in the Hebrew Scriptures. One may ask is it wrong for a Christian to belong to the Freemasonic Lodge. Why not ask is it wrong for a Christian to belong to the other organizations, like the Elks Lodge or Moose Lodge. Keep in mind that Freemasons are not only Christian members but too, Jews, Muslim, Mormons, and others who believe in a form of God or Creator. Numerous times I have been told that Freemasons are part of the NWO New World Order. Are they? That s funny all of the bad people in the wars for the most part are against the Freemasonic Lodge Order. Some of the guest on the nightly program say that both Jesus Christ and too Joseph (his step father) were both a form of Freemasons. Do I believe this? I m to the point now in my personal studies I wouldn t be too surprised that the two of them were indeed a form of Freemasons. Why? How many wooden houses do you see in the Holy Land? Yeah right you re can understand where I m coming from. I ll say this much the Freemasons are not huge in numbers like they were once in the older times in the USA and other countries. Wearing the ring in those days met getting the job, getting the bank loan or not getting a ticket from a Brother Mason Police Officer depending of course the circumstances on this one. Do I believe Freemasons shall be as strong as they once were? Could be but older people like myself may not live long enough to see it. Why have I mentioned this? Study history look around younger people seem to like the older music. Places like Oldies. Com most of the people buying older music as one of the representative told me over the phone it s not only older people but young because they like this older type of music. So, History does come around sooner or later. So maybe in the year of 2018 being a Freemason might come back who knows>

Where I am from, the Freemasons are made up of Protestants and the Catholics are in the Knights of Columbus.
The Freemasons are biblically based. Their symbols are of Christian origin and many words from their degrees are from the Bible.

Freemasons are required to take an oath of secrecy are they not? They have to put loyalty to the brotherhood above all else. Most of them have no idea of what the upper heirarchy is involved in but it's not 'christian'. Don't be so quick to close your eyes to 'theories' either....there might be some truth to them.

a true christian would never put them under compulsion to a human institution like that.

as well the Freemasons don't have to believe in God as the regular mason's do.....as such from among them are picked the Luminati, who pull the strings in the world

of course, their strings are pulled by the invisible demonic heirarchy but you don't want to know that :D

Check the Book of Grizzelda chapter 735. Dude, the Bible was written over a thousand years before there ever was such a thing as Freemasonry.

I am too sleepy to look it up for you but I believe it is in the new testament, it talks about "brotherhoods" if you have a concordance try looking up brotherhood. We PB's don't belong to brotherhoods of any sort either.....I remember my Pastor wasn't even comfortable being in the union...but that one he coudn't get out of!
