Austin...Canyon Lake...There are lots of places...depends on what you like to do.
Okay go to Louisiana then Lake Charles is fun if you like to gamble. Any further than that is a long drive.
New Orleans: 9 or 10 hours

Your question definitely includes a pretend assumption. Timothy McVeigh and David Koresh have been infrequently Christians. David Koresh definitely instructed human beings he replaced into G-d. What Christian believes that? Timothy McVeigh replaced right into a member of the Christian identity stream that's definitely in basic terms a white supremacist stream cloaked in Christian clothing. On yet another notice, a small chapel does exist on the Waco internet site. If Muslims could have a floor 0 mosque then the dept Davidians could have Waco. additionally, that's in dispute who replaced into in the incorrect at Waco. i think of the government overstepped its bounds on numerous activities there.

We went to Arkansas and stayed at DeGray Lake http://www.degray.com/.
It was soooo pretty, The whole lake is on a state park so there isn't any houses or business. It's also about 30 from HotSpings. We stayed at the lodge for 70.00 a night it was beautiful. They also have camping, and cabins. They do boat rentals, horse back riding and bikes, ect. There are beaches there too. They have a lot of daily activities at the lodge too.
It took us about 4 hours from Ft. Worth. It was awesome and we didn't think it would be. HAVE FUN.
Also, OKC would be fun. I like Vicksburg MS too!

San Antonio! Beautiful City. Dallas is also great. You could travel any number of places on the southern coast of Texas, enjoy the beach for a while.
