Amazon is a good bet since there are a lot of books selling for one cent. Shipping is $3.49 for regular media mail or $5.99 for expedited if you buy from one of the Amazon vendors.
eBay might have something, too, and they are connected to half.com.
You can also check a few sites, like www.addall.com or www.fetchbooks.info. They will list copies at many different on-line sites and you can go from there.

Amazon are quite good, because they also sell second-hand books as well as new one. The other option is eBay, I sell quite a few books on eBay myself
