Sounds like a yeast infection. It wouldn't burn while urinating, that's a bladder infection. And yeast infections don't always itch.
She can go to a female doctor if a man makes her uncomfortable. They insert a speculum, not their fingers, and they're wearing rubber gloves anyway.
Who gave her a blood test without a doctor ordering one? Also, usually people who don't like doctors really hate blood tests, so her story doesn't sound truthful.
If she's sexually active and doesn't see a doctor for nine years, she's at risk of human papilloma virus and cervical cancer. If she's the type of person who ignores a problem for NINE YEARS, you should question her judgement and truthfullness, in my opinion. But it's probably a yeast infection.

This white cheesy discharge is a common problem and it's better to consult a Gyn for proper treatment. You can select a lady doctor to avoid embarrassment.

Is your friend sexually active? If she is she should have a pap smear yearly. She needs to go to the doctor so he can determine what is going on. I could guess many things that could cause this discharge, from a yeast infection to one of the many STDs.....it is urgent she checks this out

My God! you should convince her to see the doctor! Please! I'm scared for her! Very much! Just a day of having that and i panic. nine years????? Is she still alright? Does she still look healthy, plump and pretty? how many guys did she contaminate with this infection? My OB told me guys can get contaminated with this and he passes it on to his next partners and so on. Many girls can get ill. And your friend can get really sick without symptoms.

your friend needs to clean herself better...soap and warm water and gently insert index and middle finger inside and gently rub while splashing water in..use a small bowl......a young woman and all thru her life should wash her friend when wakes in the morning and before she goes to bed.....

Your friend is experiencing butt bacteria travelling to her vaginal opening. Also please stop using the word cheesy when describing it. That's gross...Soon your friends vagina will fall off.
Try lighting your friends vagina on fire.
