We suspect the goat, but I think the cow produces the most milk by volume. Does anyone have the facts? Thanks!

Interesting ...

In volume of milk produced per animal the answer is definitely the cow (bovine). But for number of animals in milk production world wide I suspect the goat (caprine). And what about total volume of milk produced?

Anyone KNOW the RIGHT answer (not just guesses)?
