Thats an upload site. You will need to register, and upload those files to that. . . then you can give your friend your name and password, and he can download them from there.

Sometimes the problem is not how much YOU can send, but how much your friend's email server will allow it to receive. For instance, I've found that people with Yahoo email addresses usually can only receive about 5 mb for EACH email.

One quick way to get around this is to go to a site like www.zdnet.com and look for a file splitter utility program. Most of these that you'll find ARE free. This little program can take ANY file and break it down into smaller chunks of a size you choose. In addition, it creates a BAT file that your friend can double click on to put all the pieces back together again! The splitting and putting back procedure happens pretty quickly so you don't have to worry about taking up a lot of your time. The only bad thing for you though, is that you'll have to send each email with only one of the parts of the file. So if you break it into 5 parts, for example, you'll wind up sending 5 (or 6) emails to your friend, depending on whether or not you can send one part AND the small BAT file on the same email.

I've used this type of utility many times to email an attachment of large size to a friend. It may SOUND like a lot of work, but it's not really too bad. I know one thing...it works.

Good luck.

A few things you can try to help decrease the size.
Zip it using winzip or winrar

- use a free email site such as Yahoo, Gmail
- try upload the file a free file hosting site

The website will give you links from where the files can be downloaded, from anywhere and by any user.

Open up your photo in 'paint' and decrease the size of the file. Then you can send it to your friend without any worries or roadblocks. Good Luck!
