Dermabrasion is the only way, it's a minor surgical procedure.
The actor Ray Liotta had it done.
This site helps explain the procedure -

If you have tried everything, then it is time to get a referral to see a plastic surgeon. The first thing he or she will suggest might be dermabrasion.
During dermabrasion, or surgical skin planning, the dermatologic surgeon freezes the patient's skin, scarred from acne, chicken pox or other causes. The doctor then mechanically removes or "sands" the skin to improve the contour and achieve a rejuvenated appearance as a new layer of remodeled skin replaces the damaged skin. The new skin generally has a smoother and refreshed appearance. Results are generally quite remarkable and long-lasting.

The only over the counter and best solution you will fine is using Glycolic Acid, its a gentle form of exfoliation and it helps keep skin renewal cells on track. You will find Glycolic Acid or other name (AHA) Alpha hydroxy acids, the most common of which are Glycolic Acid and Lactic Acid, in product such as MD formulations. Go to a counter and ask for the Facial Lotion.. they may start you off on a 12% compound and work up (if needed). i recommend this products cause results are important. give it a try, im sure you will think its great. goodluck.

Dont use chemiclae stuff to stop or remove it..it starts off again as soon as u stop.use natural herbs and home remedies.
Apply honey on face, drink at least 8-9 glasses of water daily, eat fruits and veges,u can wash ur face at night with salt water to kill the germs from spreading around, wash ur face whenever u come from outside(in short dont let the dust/dirt stay on ur face for long).use little bit of warm water to wash ur face once in a while that will remove the oily stuff from ur face well besides all this dont sleep with makeup or go around with make up to cover acne.it will spread more..it might look bad for a while but it will stop.use a cleanser once a week and after using it always apply a toner(be sure to get the cleanser and toner of the same brand and of 5.5PH)
Good luck to you!

If you really want to get rid of it for good, you have got to read this book. http://bambiberg.solution72.hop.clickbank.net/ However, if you won't actually follow through with what they advise, then don't bother wasting your time or money. However, if you are ready to make the changes the suggest, and they arent even that hard, then it will clear you up pretty quickly, and you won't have to waste any more money on creams and microderms...
