I am currently a senior at high school planning on going to UCLA.
summary:
unweighted 3.71 GPA
weighted: 4.12 GPA
SAT: 1630(low)
ACT: 23(low)
president of two clubs (French and European)
Jazz band piano player
volunteered as teacher aide and other(150 hrs.)
50 hours community service
worked one year as bus boy and pantry chef at my dad's restaurant as a Freshman. I will take 11 AP passes 8 AP test: AP Physics 4, AP chem 5, AP bio 3, AP span 3, AP calc AB 3, AP French 4, AP world history 3, AP US History 3

I think I am on track for pre-med and med. work wise? and educational wise?

No matter what your scores are they will not determine the outcome of you in med and pre-med. That depends entirely up to you and how serious you are about graduating top in your class with honors.

You have to comitt yourself to the College for 8 years of your life for starts Sweet Pea...can you dig it???

After you graduate form Med School, you need another three years residency...good luck. My Niece just graduated from Medical College and she was valedictorian.
