I have 13 points on the 49ers in the football pool this week. I hope they come through. I am a Bears fan. They have only one superbowl. But before they were call superbowls they were called championship games and the Bears have alot more than 5 championshipsgame wins.

That seems like the first thing a 49er fan will always tell you. They refer to past accomplishments, even before some of them were born! Most of you just picked them in the 90s because they were already established as a winning team. That's called jumping on the bandwagon. Some of you need to face reality, that there will never be another Joe Montana on your team or another SB, so hang up that faded # 16 jersey with the holes in it.
Funny that many 49er fans were ashamed to admit it in the 70s, then starting in the 80s they crawled out from under the rocks pretending to always have been a fan.
Fortunately for the rest of us, it's what have you done lately...which is pretty much a laughing stock of the league. Lucky for you the Raiders are even more pathetic.

I'm not a 49ers hater but as a Steelers fan I can say YES we have. Heck we even did it faster then the Cowboys as far as appearences. I give the '9ers credit to be the only team 5-0 though.

I hate the 49ers. I love the Cowboys. Yes, as a matter of fact, my team has won 5 superbowls.

Roster clever, it would be: a million. 49ers 2. Broncos 3. Seahawks 4. Texans 5. Cowboys (Patriots close 6th) yet in line with how communities and gamers play in the playoffs: a million. 49ers 2. Seahawks 3. Giants 4. Patriots 5. (Ravens a million month in the past, yet now Packers)

First of all a hater is someone who is jealous of someone else so they rip on them. No one is too jealous of a 6-8 team.
The 49ers haven't won a superbowl in a decade so I dont' really know what your talking about.
Not too many people care about the 49ers; especially their fans who have been confused for empty seats this year. Yawn.

Well the only possitive thing you might be able to say is that has your team had a player play in 4 out of 5 of the Super Bowl wins as Jerry Rice is the only Player to do that with one team. Charles Haley on the other hand has won more than Jerry though, wonder if he will ever make it into the Hall of Fame?

The Steelers have and so have the Cowboys. Guess what they both have chances of going to the playoffs this year. When was the last time the 49ers had a winning season? Also the Cowboys have made it there more times as well. So have the Steelers.

The current 49ers team did not win those Superbowls. If my grandfather was a war hero does that make me a war hero? The same principle apllies here. They do not deserve credit for something they did not win.
