When you go to the grocery store, do you bring a shop list?

Yes, it's a must in order to avoid unnecessary items. Also I always make sure I have eaten before heading for the supermarket.

I do everytime. By making a grocery list at home before going to the store is very helpful because that way once you get to the store you have a list of the things you already need and that saves alot of time. I also try to bring a piece of paper and something to write with because each time I put something in the cart that's from the list or what ever................I write down the price of each item and go from there like adding things up as I go because I only have a certain amount of money each trip that way I won't make a fool of myself once I get up to the checkout, like over spend. I try to bring a list because it narrows down what I actually buy. I find I stick very strictly to a list.
Never go grocery shopping when you're hungry either! You'll buy alot of things, nevermind if you have a list or not.

I have to bring a list. If not I will wander around for ever. I always forget the really important stuff if I don't have a list.

Most of the time, cuz I ALWAYS forget only one thing and it's the one thing I really needed, so I have to go back. The list helps with that.
