Warm water, at the end som colder water. Brings me back to life.

Depends if I'm at Home or Away!
At Home I shower Outside,and it's Not Normally Hot!

When working away-I always Use hot Water(The Climate isn't that Great!!)

I have a method kinda like laundry lol, I soap up in hot water, then moisturize and to lock in the moisture finish off with a cool blast to close my pores. And when I get out I spin dry just kidding!!!

That is one of the PLEASURES of finally being an Empty-Nesting Retiree -- the children are LAUNCHED into the world .. and NOW I can ENJOY the WARMTH of a Nice, Long Shower in PEACE!

after I run...or work out...I start w/ warm water..then slow turn to cold...sooo from70 degrees to like 20..weird

i use cold water at summer and normal water at winter.rarely hot water.
