Try ITD MBA program with University of South Australia... it has centers in Penang, KL and Johor.... Whole course is about RM33k

You can try the Open University which provides distance learning, the website is www.oum.edu.my. the cost is around RM21,000 for 6 semesters.

It would be good if you can check out the individual colleages. They do have websites for your references too.
Besides the course, please also calculate your budget including the accommodation, transportation, etc...
