as of right now, this person has had over 2,200 transactions this month

relax a little - you got it on the 20 - they would ship, earliest, on the 21, usually. holiday season is slow mail, because many people are using it - UPS is no exception. let's tack on an extra 2 days to the 3 day limit.

that means that the 2-3 day expectance would have the item arrive on... 12/27/06

i see that saber point has their own store - and i'm sure they receive hundreds of emails a day - a 20,000 sq ft warehouse that they claim isn't that big, and its' likely that only 1-2 people are there at a time, or it might just be 2 people.

they have a 98.5% positive rating - that's a GREAT rating when your volume is that high, it means that they are actually shipping their items.

i understand that it's 220 dollars, but you need to relax a little - i would expect it by wednesday

in regards to the answer below me - the auction just ended recently - and like 200 of their auctions are finished everyday for the last week, it's a large workload

didnt really understand your question, but if you are worried about not recieveing your phone, i would wait until probably the 5th and if it is not there or they have not replied back to you, i would contact paypal and ebay and let them know what is going on. If you are getting ripped off then paypal will give you your money back, or if you sent a check or money order ebay will take care of it. Does saberpoint have good feedback? if they do, then i wouldnt stress to much about it, this is a busy time of the year and there is a lot of packages being sent and some may take longer than others. If they dont reply back soon then i would definitely leave either neg. or neutral feedback due to bad business.
Hope everything works out

You should file a complaint with square trade. They will notify the seller of the complaint and mediate the problem. You should notify the seller that you will stop payment today. You can contact paypal, or your credit card used to pay, dispute the charge as soon as the bank is open again. You should probably do all the above immediately. There is no excuse for a seller not to provide tracking # or respond to inquiries. Go after them at once using the methods I've suggested. You can then let them know you plan to leave factual feedback reflecting their poor service.
Good Luck!

Wait a bit longer - Christmas time distribution
is a bit confused.

However, if it doesnt turn up get in contact with
eBay,

I have been cheated a couple of time on eBay
and their Compensation Scheme is a joke.

be patient.

with Christmas approaching, they're probably busy. 2-3 day shipping is from the date they ship it, and not the date you pay for it.
