You could have a virus or you could be deleting stuff and not deleting all the included stuff with it check out your fragments and see what all you have that you don't need in your dd or remove files make sure you have nothing lingering cause some sites or applications that you stuck on there could be lingered like i said make sure that everything is completely taking off not just deleted from the main icon cause it doesn't totally get rid of your additions so i would say reinstall the program it might come up with a couple options saying to repair install or &.,If not then go to the add or remove programs which is in you control panel listed in your home menu and look for that sepcific file don't delete it if you don't know it by heart!.
