No death for Harry!!
Sirius really did die, but he may come back in some kind of ghostly capacity to help Harry. As may Harry's parents and AD.
R&H will live, marry and have lots of noisy red headed smart babies.
The title is final, Jo never changes her titles after they are released. She can release it whenever she feels like it, as they haven't officially set a date for release yet and she's far too popular to be pressured!! I think as its the last book she'll want it to be perfect, so perhaps Halloween of 2007, or July 2008. I would like to say July 07, but if she is to release it on Harry's birthday then she's got to finish it quite early in the year so it can be printed.
Snape will live, because life's boring without a bit of evil :)
Voldemort will die a painful death, hopefully so will Ginny...I mean...Go Ginny!! You rock!! *cough*
And Neville will teach at Hogwarts.

I am in so much angst trying to figure our how the seventh book will turn out! I am hoping that J.K. Rowling is a kind soul and doesn't kill off Harry Potter or make the ending a big mystery, like Harry disappearing or something. I will be so mad! Myself, I think Severus and Draco are good guys and are spys. Severus killed Dumbledore because he was asked to. Dumbledore knew about the Oath Severus made to Draco's mom and wants Severus to fulfill it so he doesn't die. Dumbledore says, "Please Severus." Why would Dumbledore ask Severus not to kill him? He was always going on about "the next great adventure." I am hoping Sirius will come back and be a father to Harry. I hope the Dursley's get justice, because of their abuse towards Harry. I always thought Harry and Hermione would get together. Maybe Ron will die to save his friends? Maybe Ginny will come along on their quest? Harry, Hermion and Ron need to stay together as a group to fight because that is when they are the strongest unit. Slytherins and Grifinndors need to unite because the hat has been lecturing about that since 5th year. A strong unit will save the Wizarding World and Muggle World against Voldemort.
The title 'Harry Potter and The Deathly Hallows' makes me think something is at Harry Potter's parents house that could help in the war. The Half Blood Prince(Severus Snape) could be keeping something from everyone. It could also have something to do with the Horcuxes.
So many possiblities. I hope this book is bigger than the last. It was only around 600 pages, I think. The fifth book was the biggest and longest.
We love you J.K. Rowling... Creator of Harry Potter and the Wizarding World. LOL.

Sirius, in my opinion, is most likely gone. It's Dumbledore I'm most dubious about. Skip the next bit, if you haven't read the sixth book. ---- If Snape said Avada Kedavra but thought of a spell to shoot a bolt of green light, then Dumbledore could have pretended to die. And even if he did die, there is a portrait in his office, which can move, walk, and talk, in accordance with the wizarding world. So even if he's dead, he can still be part of the next book.----- I doubt Harry will die. It's a teenager's series, for Pete's sake. Ten-year olds go see these films. I don't think Rowling will go there, but she may, just to end the series. Though Sir Arthur Conan Doyle tried to end Sherlock Holmes' series the same way, and readers wrote hundreds of furious letters, so he was forced to revise it. If Ron and Hermione don't get a move on, the audience will feel completely gypped. Rowling is apparently going to call it the Deathly Hallows, which makes sense, being that James and Lily lived in Godric's Hollow. So there may be a connection there. I suspect Kreacher or Mundungus stole the locket, which is most likely a Horcrux. Also, R.A.B. is probably Regulus Black, Sirius' relative. And I doubt Harry is the final Horcrux and will have to die to save the world (a popular theory). But -- unfortunately this replies to my entire paragraph -- we will have to wait for the seventh book.

I think that Voldemort will die, and Draco Malfoy or Snape will get killed. Also Ron and Hermione will get together. I dont think Harry will get killed off coz it just doesnt seem right - he is the hero and the main character and he will end up killing voldemort somehow with help from someone, possibly snape and those guys. Also wouldnt other people not be allowed to continue writing Harry Potter books even if Harry does live? JK Rowling should have be able to prevent other people from carrying on the series shoudnt she if she owns all the rights to it??

I have a feeling that rowling might kill of Harry P and Lord V by having them kill eachother. I mean I would be kinda disappointed if Harry didn't die b/c i mean if would be too unrealistic for this story. The main character just can't come out of it with just a scar on his forehead however b/c this is an obvious option JK may not do this or she may becuase its so obvious its not expected. Either way i'm going to be sad that the series is going to be over with.

harry will not die
he finds out that the hocrux (the last one) is in his scar
so he sacrifices himself and sees Sirius. He then comes back (becomes immortal). he doesn't kill voldemort because when harry opens the love room, the feeling of love is so strong that it kills voldemort.
i also asked this question a few days ago and someone answered it perfectly.
i will give you the site: http://www.harrypotterforseekers.com/
it has everyhting. so many clues from the beginning of the series.
apparently harry makes the phillosphers stone again. its a really really good site so go to it. i have read it and it tells you so many stuff that is most probably going to happen in the 7th and final book

I don't think Harry will kill Voldemort - it will be someone else, I'm actually thinking it might be Draco Malfoy, of all people ... or Snape.
I also think that Slughorn, the teacher who came back to work as Potions Master in The Half-Blood Prince, is much more dangerous than he seems. His greed will blind him to the real dangers ... he is weak where Snape has shown himself to be strong.
Neville Longbottom is also someone who should be watched - he is turning out to be very brave indeed. It wouldn't surprise me if he had a hand in the end, maybe he might pretend to be someone else (like Harry or Draco) using the Polyjuice Potion ...

i personally think jo will kill off harry, just so that no one will be able to pick up after that and write books about life after hogwarts, and cash in on the success of harry potter.
sirius is dead. theres no doubt about that.
release date is rumored to be 07-07-2007. probably wont be that, but lets all hope..i woudl love it. the book woudl be released like a week before Order of the Pheonix movie

I don't know but I'm not too impressed with the title, sounds a bit like a B-movie (like 'Bikini Babes in House of Deathly Hallows'). Still, am sure she knows what she's doing.
