I don't think there is any specific meaning. It is supposed to be funny. I am sure there is some people who take it slightly serious, and they are really up for random action from random people. But for 99% of people on facebook, it is just something to bring a smile to your face.

it means that they will not play in order of choice = 1 2 3 could be 3 1 2 in simple terms random = not in order
