This questionm is silly on two levels.
1) Mel Gibson is not Jewish (didn't his rant make that clear?)
2) Those are your only three choices? There are far better actors out there.
But if I had to pick between the two Jewish actors in your list, I would pick Miss Hershlag (that's Natalie Portman).
Adam Sandler is not very funny (unless you appreciate the "man going nuts and acting like a child" humour) and although he did a good turn at dramatic acting, Natalie is still better.

are you into trick questions mel gibson is not jewish he is catholic so much in fact he has a church in his house, adam yep hes jewish and so is natalie but considering they are into different kind of acting it is hard to say . i like natalie more
