In the start menu, in the programs list, theres a program called system restore. Open it and in the options, disable system restore. Then use norton anti virus and delete or disinfect the virus. The virus should be gone after that.

THere are three main programs to get rid of this "virus" you have
Noadware
Spybot
Ad-Aware
Once you have ran all those programs ... your problem should be solved
