Steroids are known to stunt penis growth, but I did a paper for a human sexuality class I took which said it doesn't make it smaller. But it just makes sex not as good, or men are not quite as able to perform or to get an orgasm.

well mary jane makes your sperm count lower and steroids make your balls smaller not your penis so ... maybe
