i have limewire and i love it. has never given me a virus or caused a problem. hope that helps.

The program, Limewire, is not illegal. However, using the program is. I suppose it would be horrible for your computer if you downloaded a song that secretly had a virus written in it by the person who's computer you are downloading it from. Good Luck ! :)

I allways scan the share folder that limewires downlaods to. This will help protect you from a virus. Just make sure you keeep your anti virus up to date.

It is not that good because sometimes(should it be sometimes or always?) when you download there are viruses that can damage your computer.
