Mystified?!?!?!?!?
OK.. I was suppose to start AF last saturday never did. Took a HPT Sunday Faint positve.... Took another one Monday, Big Bold Positive!! Later Monday evening had some light spotting.. Made an Appt. with my Dr. Tuesday, continued to spot but nothing, I mean nothing like a regular period! Took a urine test Negative! Took a blood test Negative! But I would have only been 4 weeks and 3days, IF I was pregnant was it to soon to test?! The HPT I took at home were Clear Blue Easy and Fact Plus! I only "spotted" for 3 days, no cramping or anything, just barely enough to use a pad, Sorry TMI*, but I'm just baffled,I've read other people's Blogs on here who went to the Dr. Got 2 negatives and still pregnant?! IT happened to my mom when she was pregnant with my brother they told her she wasn't and she knew she was, the test didn't reveal until she was 7mos. along! So I don't wanna get my hopes up or anything?! So my ? is, has this happened to anyone? Thanks in advance ! And Happy Holidays!

They say it is much less likely to get a false positive than it is to get a false negative. So most likely you are pregnant. Definately make an appointment and get a blood test. Yes you can test neg on blood and urine pg test and still be pg. I have done so on 2 of my six. The urine did not test positive until I was about 3 mo along. The HPT's test results a lot sooner than the others.

there are a few things that can give a false positive--one is taking a lot of aspirin.
I am sorry, I dont remember the other things-you may want to look those up.
