Go to your local library and check out books by Matt Leskow on free money. He's produced several. A lot of the programs are not as simple as it sounds and it will require some research on your part to sift through the non-applicable programs, but you can receive money for some things such as starting a new business, developing an idea, charitable causes or research.

It appears from the grammer in your question that you have not been in this country long enough to learn the language.
"Free Money" does not exist. However, the government will subsidize individuals who want to open their own business. But it's not a lottery.
The individuals who qualify are those who can demonstrate a long and proud work history and who can prove that their new "business" will benefit not only themselves but the community by creating jobs and revenue for the state.
If you are not willing to put in the years of work and are just looking for a free ride, I suggest that you go back to where you came from and ask them for free money.

Do you mean 'how?'
The best way to make money is to get a job and earn it. Don't expect free handouts.

I saw your other question. You really want something for nothing.
Doesn't work that way. There are government grants available but they are very difficult to qualify for. You can try, but more than likely you can forget it.
