I happen to be in USA at the moment, and I can assure you that no attorneys are needed here now nor in the forseeable future. There's quite a demand for family physicians, reality show actors, and vacuum cleaner repair technicians.
Good Luck!

Ok, first, I have no idea what a "B. Tech" is. I am assuming maybe a bachelor in computer science? If this is the case you need to take the LSAT(Lawyers acceptance test) and apply to a university with a law school. If you are not a US citizen then I am not sure. Most law schools DO NOT allow for a job while in their program. If they find out you have a part time/full time job they will remove you from the program. You could get a student loan (if citizen). Again, if you are not a US citizen I'm not sure if you can even study law. And if you can study law, you certainly can't practice it without being one to my knowledge.
