If you take Estrogen over a period of time, not just once accidentally. You will see changes to your body. for example your facial hair will thin. you will develop breasts, your body will become more round and feminine. but It wont effect your voice the reason for this is because a mans voice is more deep because of swelling and damage done to the vocal cords threw exposure to male hormones. for a more feminine soft voice you can have this "swelling" shaved of your larynx (I think I spelled that right).

The female hormones would have to be taken every day for a few months. They work by overcoming the male hormones, like testosterone, which makes the vocal cords lengthen which make the voice deeper. The testicles will shrink and become useless too ;)

Hormones take a long time to effect your body. If it becomes a chronic ingestion of female hormones, it could have negative side effects. However, men are not entirey void of female hormones. FSH and LH, aka. follicle stimulating hormone and luteinizing hormone, promote follicle development and ovulation in females. They promote spermiogenesis in the male.

So, unless you continue taking hormones over a long period of time, then U have nothing to worry about.
