Has anyone ever heard about buying a breast pump from an actual clinic where if you had Medi-cal, they would take up to 75% off the price of the breast pump?

No I had to buy one with my own money. I recommend the Avent hand pump it was easy to use and it pump pretty fast and it pretty cheap too.

Yeah, they're used a gazillion times, worn out and have no warranty. If it fails 2 weeks in, you've lost your money. The best double pump on the market for the price is the "double select breast pump from Medela. It's $129 at Target online or barebabies.com. It works very, very well and you can pump both at the same time. Ours is 5 years old and works perfectly. I believe it comes with a 1 yr warranty, but these things are built well and should last many years. It beats paying $300 or buying something used. Yuk.
