I'm like looking for only love story anime I could watch on youtube.com and not sure of any...I've like watched Fruit Basket(I luv it) and dont no anymore, so please help out!

Try Ouran High School Host Club, it also has some comedy in it.
It hasn't been licensed yet so you could watch it on youtube with english subtitles. No need to download or anything.

I second Ouran High School Host Club.
I also recommend SaiKano(it's a tragic love story) - I don't know if its on YouTube, but its worth looking for.
Voices of a Distant Star is only 30 minutes, but well-worth it.

Fushigi Yuugi OVA 3 is the best but its not only love story.It has a little action but mostly love.I'm sure you'll like it.
