First please make it special. Think of something she loves to do. Have the ring, and just ask her. You might say something sweet, like you know that she is the only one for you. YOU want to spend the rest of your life with such an amazing women, just let her know that you love her very much. Depends on the girl. Maybe she doesn't need you down on bend and knee, just to make that time, just about you and her, but mostly about HER!!!!! Congratulations and Good Luck!!!

It was Easter morning at 6am in 1999. He gave me my Easter basket and it had a single plastic egg in between all of the plastic grass. I thought for a second there that I had gotten ripped off. Where the heck was the candy? I opened the egg and sitting on the top of a Hershey's Kiss was my beautiful ring. It was the best Easter egg I have ever received.

Do it on christmas night, after you guys are finally alone, but during the day act like you couldnt get her a gift, or dont even hint that you got her a thing, she'll be surprised do it in a private area outisde, try and think about what you think about most about her, say her smile, laugh, etc. use that during your proposal.
