No sir, it's one of the ways the company uses to either make you buy two cartridges or trade with a friend.

It is impossible to get Alakazam without trade it. No short cuts and no cheats that can make it evolve without trading. Anyway, Mewtwo is much powerfull then Alakazam (if you play red, blue, yellow, green, Fire Red, Leaf Green) So why bother make Alakazam? :) Or you can look through other pokemons in this link.. Very usefull website for all you Pokemon Gamers!!

no it is absoulty impossible trust me ive loked everywhere and tried everything
