science project!!! plz help!!?

heyy im in 7th grade && im doing a science project on H2O electrolysis. i got this from:

okayy, i how it works. but, i have to do a topic research report on electrolysis. i searched for it, but all I could find was another kind of electrolysis - a much harder and complicated one. i really want to stick to this project. can you help me find a website which talks about an electrolysis that matches the one im doing? thankss<33
