If you already hold a PhD, you are not looking for scholarships. You are most likely looking for postdoctoral research fellowships.

The most prestigious postdocs in math are Sloan, NSF and Centennial.

Numerous other postdoctoral fellowships are offered by various colleges and universities. These usually involve teaching as well.

Just do a search using the terms "postdoctoral" and "mathematics" and you should come up with many.

The other way to find out about research and teaching opportunities in the US in the field of mathematics is to regularly visit the sites of the MAA (Mathematical Association of America) and, even better, the AMS (American Mathematical Society).
