There are two singers for this....the song is called Heaven....The first person to record it (because he wrote it) was Bryan Adams (1989 or 1992), the second DJ Sammy (2004)....you are probably refering to the candle light mix that she did....(which was also used in an episode of Cold Case) ...which is probably the nicer version of the two.

its called heaven but there are different version of the song sung by different artists. i think the most recent remake of it was by DJ Sammy. there is a techno kinda version and a candlelight remix.
