If yes, what foods make a baby girl and what foods make a baby boy. And the food of both couples has effect or just the mother-to-be?

I have heard this strory a lot, but i need a strong and scientific document for that.

There is only anecdotal evidence, not strong scientific evidence. Anecdotal evidence is weak because the brain tends to only remember patterns... which may or may not be existent and may or may not have any correlation.

So people who say, "Oh I ate only mushrooms (as an example) and I got three girls"- there are a lot of factors which come into play for both partners, food is only one of them.

Sex is determined by the sperm cells. If a guy drinks alot of liquor, chances are higher of having a girl due to lower testorone levels. If a guy works out alot, and drinks lots of fruit drinks, chances are higher he will have a boy due to higher testorone levels.

no. only the xy and the xx chromosomes determines the sex of the baby.
