How can I reset the Dpi on a Windows Machine?

I've tried going to safe mode, but that didn't help. My Dpi is too high and is ******* up.

Go to control panel > display > settings > advanced > general > put 96 DPI from the drop down box

Go to control panel > display > settings > advanced > general > adjust your desired DPI from the drop down box.
