I have pale skin, brunette-blonde hair, and blue-green eyes. I've been wearing tangerine-beige blush, wetted black shadow as liner, gold shadow, and black mascara. I use a bronzer/suncreen but I'm still pale. I'm getting pretty bored with my look. Does anyone know a simple, modest, and natural look for me?
Many thanks to anyone who answers!!

I'm 15, so I'm looking for a young but sophisticated look (my wardrobe is city-slicker meets simple Midwest). I don't usually wear lipstick, I'm a fan of C.O. Bigelow's lipgloss. I've tried wearing purples and pinks, but I can't stand how not natural I look with them on. I really like the natural look. The only time I stray from natural makeup is my mascara--I prefer black mascara since it draws more attention to my eyes (I have glasses, they kind of look like reading glasses, so I like my eyes to be a little more dramatic so they aren't lost behind my glasses.)
Again, thanks to everyone for the answers!!

I think you can change the color of your blusher? Warm tones such as pink, orange, beige look flattering on fair skin. I think you should keep your makeup light. It will look more natural. Hope that helps!

I'm pale and older than you and in my years of retarded makeup I've learned you just have to OWN being pale or else you look like crap. It's not "pale," it's "fair."
Try using an orangy-gold shadow on your lid (I always think shimmer is pretty), a light blue in your crease (to bring out your eyes), and maybe a brown or grey pencil eyeliner instead of the black. Since your hair isn't all that dark the black might be a little much. I also really like to use the shimmer powder bronzer made by Physician's Formula...I apply it heavier to my cheeks and use it as blush (sometimes I add some light pink if the mood strikes me).
Also, I don't know about you, but because I'm pale my eyes can look sort of tired, and if you subtly apply like a really light shimmery (like, almost white) shadow in your inner tear duct and (carefully!) along your bottom eyelid RIGHT next to your eye, like above your eyelashes, it can really brighten up your eyes.

I also have pale skin, freckles, and brown hair! I have given up on trying to 'mix' different shades together to make my face seem a bit more tanned-it doesn't work. You'll end up uneven looking, orange, or with a different colored face than your neck. I have learned to embrace my paleness, and I would suggest you do the same. I use a light coverage foundation, usually the first or second shade. I never wear bronzer, it is just too dark and doesn't look right with our complexion. I use a matte, light pinky-coral blush just on the apples of my cheeks, which gives me entire face color. I have brown eyes, and I have learned that bright colors like blue, purple and green overpower my face and features. I stick to beautiful neutrals and pinks. I use brown/black mascara and I never use black eyeliner-it's just too harsh. Brown is fine but my favorite is a dark brown/purple, hard to find I know but it looks amazing! This is all I wear, I hope it turns out great! I'd love to know if you found other tips and tricks! Good luck!

I have pale skin, but a different look-dark brown hair, hazel eyes. But on you, a light peachy rose blush, pinky-gold shadow, and a deep pink gloss is cute.
My favorite look is to use Stila Convertible Eye Color (available at Sephora, look it up on www.sephora.com) in Berry, but only the liner part (which is a purple-y color.) I use it lightly, and smudge it a lot. Then I use a lot of mascara, and lightly put on some currant lipstick.
Good luck!

You might want to try using light purples or burgundy shadows, they go really well with eyes your shade, they make your eyes pop. Try going with a dark brown liner as well as the same color mascara. You don't say what lipcolor you use but i would stay away from pale pinks or corals, use one that has a bit more color. Most pale people look good with a bit more color on their lips, they tend to have pale lips as well, so a bit of drama on the lips does wonders. Good Luck

pale burgundies aplied with a brush on the eyelids, and a bronze eyebrightener (from physicians formula) used on the top crease of the eye and along the bottom of the eye to the top of the cheek bone, ALWAYS works for me... it makes me look less dead. and with mascara of course.

I have pale skin too and light pale colours usually work for me such as light pink, nude and some pale lipgloss would work as well.
