If u delete a file then it remains in the recycle bin. right click on the file and select restore.
But, if you have removed the file permanently then you have to use special file recovery software's to recover the file. thought none of them ensures 100% recovery.
To ensure better recovery of the file, It's better not to write anything in that drive after the file has been erased
You can use the source list to get some program list regarding file recovery

Try restoration, it free and does not require any installation. Visit http://www.snapfiles.com/get/restoration.html to try it out.
If that does not do it for you, try PC Inspector File Recovery, its free but it does require installation. Visit http://www.pcinspector.de/file_recovery/UK/welcome.htm for more info.
Hope you get your data back!
