With the ADDED information, you still don't offer much.
Does it do it all the time?
Or just when it is warmed up?
Or only when it is cold?
Does it do it only while "cruising" or under acceleration too?
Does the "Check Engine" light come on at any time during the "hiccup"?
We really do need a bit more to get to the heart of the matter.
But, start here: This is an OBD II equipped vehicle. The ONLY means for retrieving the Trouble Codes is either with a scanner or a code reader.
Drive to the nearest discount parts store and ask the nice folks there if they would read the codes for you.
If there are any codes in memory, write them down. Then you can either purchase a repair manual from the same store, or you can go to the local library and use the manuals in the REFERENCE section.
If you are going to take it to the shop any way, ask them to write down everything they find for you.

Good Luck and Merry Christmas

the main suitable element the do is have a load attempt accomplished on the battery. some areas shops will do this for loose! this could inform you the project of the battery, and as long with the aid of fact the battery passes the attempt, there is not any reason to interchange it. I even have have batteries bypass undesirable after a year, and characteristic had batteries final for 8-10 years! there is not any complicated and speedy rule approximately time or mileage.

This car has OBDII, get the codes read.

It could be as simple as moisture in the gas tank, or one of many bad sensors.

I would take it to a Honda, Toyota or Mazda dealership and trade it in though, before the tranny fails.
