I have 4 + years of software of experience in IT and working for a MNC in India.
I want to lead just a position where in I am selling out my ideas to client which can help my comapny in increasinbg its revenue and plus me palying the ley role in company.

No offense, but you should brush up on your spelling before you try to convince anyone of your skills in a professional capacity.

Software engineers manage the software and test it, so they have extremely important skills. If the company relies on software, a good software engineer is invaluable.

My brother does the same thing for a bank. He is now the just under the CFO because of what he's been able to do helping the bank save money and reduce fraud or waste. As a software designer, you can identify problems in the system that if corrected would lead to higher profits, or at least help profits from hemorraging out of the company. You develop a software program that helps to identify or track certain types of activity. Market yourself to a potential employer as able to help them save a lot of money, and you will get a very good job like my brother.
