My Winter formal theme is a victiorian theme, what ever that is.....any suggestions on what my dress should look like, colors and my hair? Anyone...any help...thanks

Those dresses have a Victorian feel to me, so you could buy one of those or just look for lacy, black, red, or pink dresses. Wear you hair in an updo or just down. For shoes, just get some simple heels.
