Does anyone know of any good tutorials on how to create a flash intro page with Flash Pro 8?

flash is a time consuming thing to learn. i spend hours and only then just got the basic idea of how it works. there are programs out there that make them for you. it is less customizable than if you would do it yourself, as you will use templates, but it is a lot easier that way.
